I work at the intersection of user experience, service design, and operations , finding the places where people, products, and processes stop working well together. With a background in psychology, UX, customer support, and service operations, I’ve seen user experience from both sides: designing systems and helping people when those systems break down.
I use research, customer insight, and process analysis to uncover friction, understand what’s causing it, and turn those findings into clearer, more useful experiences.
about me
I am a foodie, so that means I am always on the lookout for new places to try! I speak three languages including English, Arabic, and Krio which is a West African dialect. In my spare time I enjoy watching anime, film reviews, and have started my own book club!
